15 Pizzas/family 6U or $100 buyout

20 Pizzas/family 8U or $150 Buyout

25 Pizzas/family 10+ or $200 Buyout

Order Form Due Date: Monday, April 7, 2025 by 6:00 pm - Please give your order forms/money to your coach or any board member.   Board members will be available on Monday evening, April 7, from 5:00 - 6:00 in the Civic Center parking lot for you to drop off your forms.

Pizza Pickup Date: Monday April 21, 2025 from 6pm-8pm at the Buffalo Civic Center
