Requirement:
15 Pizzas/family 6U or $100 buyout
20 Pizzas/family 8U or $150 Buyout
25 Pizzas/family 10+ or $200 Buyout

**Payment to be collected prior to turning orders into BGFA.
Order Form Due Date: Friday, April 3 is the final date to turn in pizza orders. Families can turn in completed orders to any BGFA Board member prior to April 3.

Pizza Pickup Date: Monday April 20, 2026 from 6pm-8pm at the Buffalo Civic Center
