Registration Information and Forms
Welcome to the 2026 Bison Fastpitch Season!
We are excited to kick off another year of Bison Fastpitch!
SOFTBALL JERSEYS
All players 8U & up will need a jersey. If your player currently has a jersey and it will fit for the 2026 season you do not need to purchase another jersey.
If your player does not have a jersey or needs a new jersey, the jersey cost will be an additional $60. This can be paid during online registration.
6U players do not require a jersey as t-shirts are ordered for this age group and is part of the registration cost.
1.Spring Registration fees are the following:
6U - FREE!! - T-Shirt Included
8U - $140 + Processing Fees - Jersey Required
10U - $350+ Processing Fees
12U - $350 + Processing Fees
The processing fees are set by Crossbar and are 1.99% + $0.99 per transaction.
2. Volunteering
We rely on volunteers to run our Bison Showdown Tournament in June, to host a State Qualifier Tournament (dates tbd) and/or a State Tournament (dates tbd). These tournaments allows us to keep registration costs down, and provide players opportunities for training in the offseason. Below are the required hours per age group / player. Volunteer hours are still being reviewed by the BGFA board and are subject to change if needed. If you are unable to fulfill this requirement, the cc used for registration will be charged $500.
*6U: 6 hours per player (6 hour family max or $500)
*8U: 8 hours per player (12 hour family max or $500)
*10U-18U: 12 hours per player (16 hour family max or $500)
3. Volunteer Checks:
Instead of collecting checks your CC will be charged $1.00 at time of registration. If you DO NOT fulfill your DIBS requirement, your CC will be charged the remaining amount on following DIBS calculations
